Step 1: Install the O2 XRules Database module

you can get it from http://o2platform.googlecode.com/svn/O2_ClickOnce_Installers/O2_XRules_Database/

In Internet Explorer you can open the index.html file and use the ClickOnce install link:

in Firefox download and execute the setup.exe file:

once installed, you should have a "O2 - Ounce Open" folder in your Start Menu, and inside it a link to the "O2 XRules Database"
